Fivecoat Roofing has deep roots in the Willamette Valley. The company was originally founded in 1975 by Bob Fivecoat, a local contractor who built a reputation for honest, quality work. David Bromagem — Joshua’s uncle — later took over the business and ran it for roughly 25 years, keeping that same standard alive.

Joshua Blanchard grew up around the trade, working for his uncle David during high school. In 2020, Joshua took over ownership of Fivecoat Roofing & Construction, carrying forward nearly 50 years of history and the same commitment to the community that started it all.
